What Prospero can do when the pieces of the company talk to each other

Seven areas of expertise on the ground almost every business knows: customers, products, services, administration, deliveries, support and the summary for whoever decides. Concrete enough to recognise; deep enough to see how far you can go.

Your ERP already has the reports. Here the numbers become useful questions — and from there, decisions.

You recognise the operational knot: you’re already sensing how Prospero can enter your work.

Cross-checks, answers in chat, proposes next steps and leaves the decisions that matter to you

Outputs

  • Chat answers
  • Alerts and reports
  • Drafts and reminders
  • Operational directions
  1. Expertise 01 · Chat

    Customer analysis

Revenue, margins, who hasn’t bought for too long, product mix of those with the highest average price — and the initiatives that follow. The ERP already shows the numbers; in chat the right questions make them jump out as choices. Examples: “who generates margin but hasn’t reordered in 60 days?”, “among top customers, who mostly buys low average-price lines?”, “suggest three concrete actions on this segment”.

  2. Expertise 02 · Chat

    Product analysis

Margin by SKU, turnover, cost of stock, stockouts and push to supplier orders. Again: not another report to open, but questions that turn statistics into decisions. Examples: “which products tie up capital without rotating?”, “what is understocked among best sellers?”, “prepare the purchase proposal for these three lines”.

  3. Expertise 03

    Selling services

Economic projections on live contracts, upcoming renewals and upselling of add-on services. Prospero cross-checks accounts, fees, renewals and intervention history: who renews soon, who could widen the scope, and a draft proposal ready — you decide if and when to go.

  4. Expertise 04

    Administration

Deadlines, reminders, cash flow and average payment times. It joins schedules, bank movements and open items: who to chase, how late a customer usually pays, what to expect in the till this week — and leaves you the OK on sensitive messages.

  5. Expertise 05

    Transport and deliveries

Organising the delivery round by places, customer time windows and peak traffic hours. Prospero proposes sequences and loads that match the day’s orders; flags critical parcels or addresses; prepares delay or early-arrival messages — so the road plan is no longer a sheet cut off from everything else.

  6. Expertise 06

    Technical support

Monitoring interventions and spotting customers who cost the most in dedicated support. It cross-checks tickets, hours, spare parts and revenue: who consumes resources without return, where to focus maintenance contracts, which repeated jobs deserve escalation — not just a list of closed calls.

  7. Expertise 07

    Owner summary

Dashboards that pull the picture together: customers and products that matter, cash and deadlines, deliveries and support still open. A periodic synthesis — and where something is off balance, an operational next step already suggested, not only the chart.

You’ve seen the method. Now look at your company data with the same eyes.

This is not a format to copy: it’s rather a new way of looking at data when sources talk to each other. In a consultation we apply it to your context and choose together where it makes most sense to begin.
