Listening to processes
We start from how you really work: recurring requests, documents, hand-offs between teams, points where time is lost or data is copied by hand. From there comes the map of what Prospero will do.

Data stays on your server
Company information does not “wander off”. We manage it in the environment you specify — typically a server under your control — so privacy, accountability and operational continuity remain clear.

We structure a database
Documents, master data, movements, price lists: everything that is scattered today is organised properly. A well-built database is the ground on which the agent can reason without inventing.

We create the skills
Skills are Prospero’s “capabilities”: look up a customer, prepare a summary, update stock, open a case, draft a reply. Each skill uses your data and follows your rules.

We connect systems and automations
Where needed, Prospero talks to your ERP, email, e‑commerce or other tools. Automations can run on their own or be started by the agent when you need them.

Tuning and growth
We start with a few high-impact tasks. Then we add skills and automations as the company sees results. Nothing in excess: only what is needed.
